Outing with Sayang - Part 2. ‘Konsert Suatu Masa - Amy & National Symphony Orchestra’ at Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur. The event was a blast! Something to remember in a person’s lifetime. Pheeeewiiiiiittt!
Yesterday night, myself, Epol and Ijam went to KL to enjoy ourselves some nice hot soup. I took a ride on Epol’s motorcyle whereas Ijam on his own bike. And if you’re reading this Rifflik, don’t ever mention about this to our parents..huhuhu. You know how they feel when I ride a motorcyle.
Anyway the soup was good with mixtures of ‘lidah’, ‘limpa’, ‘urat’ and ‘perut’…hahaha..total carnivorous meal.
During the days when Encik Hai was still in my department, once a month we would have a soupy meal at Lorong Haji Hussein 2. Surprisingly last night’s expenditure was lesser from the usual amount I spend for a bowl of ‘meaty’ soup. I guess is because I’m married and trying to lower down my food intake (cholestrol alert!)…lol.
On the left is my fish whereas the starfish is Mahathir’s. What happen to the black nemo fish? It was in the aquarium the day my fish went in and poof! the day after it was gone. Could my fish ate little black nemo?..naaah.
Yesterday went shopping at SOGO for some office and casual clothes. Met my nieces and adorable aka naughty Shafiq. Four hours shopping and my knees starts to feel weak. Got to salute to the female race for able to withstand that long..Bravo!
Maghrib prayes at Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru and ate dinner at a nearby place called Chop & Steak. Later on we went Uptown Kota Damansara to look for an eyeglass frame.
Arrive home, wore my new clothes and I feel soo good looking..hahaha
Two good things happened to me yesterday. First I was able to express how I feel about my wife to her via email. Sounds lame right but its better than on the phone because the text was like in paragraphs or a summary of something.
Second, the presentation to management on water feature designs was a success. Now what I need to do is to liaise with the chosen contractor to discuss furthermore on design details and costing.
Mahathir just cleaned the aquarium last weekend. Hope to have my pet fish/shrimp inside there by end of this week.
